If You Remember Your Current Password
- Open your OKX app and navigate to User Center
(Access your account settings) - Select Profile & Settings โ Security โ Login Password under Authentication Methods
Enter the required information:
- Current password
New password (8-32 characters with):
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 symbol
- Complete security verification (SMS/email/authenticator app)
- Click Confirm
- You'll receive email/SMS confirmation upon successful change

- On the login page, enter your phone/email and select Forgot Password
- Verify your identity and select Next
