The OKX C2C Certified Merchant Service Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the OKX Terms of Service and constitutes an integral part thereof. By accessing or using the Certified Merchant Service, you agree to comply with:
- OKX Terms of Service
- This Agreement
- OKX Privacy Policy
- Any additional rules published by OKX related to Certified Merchant Services
- Conflicting Provisions: In case of conflict between this Agreement and OKX Terms of Service, this Agreement prevails unless expressly stated otherwise in the Terms of Service.
- Modifications: OKX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
Verification Process
Required Documentation
To apply for Certified Merchant status, submit:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- WhatsApp/Telegram account
- Nickname
- Emergency contact details (name, number, relationship)
Processing Time
Verification typically completes within 3 natural days after submitting all required information.
Account Management
Removal/Cancellation of Verification
OKX may revoke Certified Merchant status based on internal assessments. To request cancellation:
- Submit a formal request via OKX website
- Ensure no pending disputes exist
- Processing time: 7 natural days
Data Handling & Compliance
Data Retention
By using this service, you authorize OKX to:
- Store submitted verification materials
Disclose information when necessary for:
- Service provision
- Legal compliance (government requests/court orders)
- Dispute resolution
- Affiliate sharing
